The Meta pixel tracks conversions that can be attributed to ads on Facebook, Instagram and Meta Audience Network.

4.2. Analytics
The services contained in this section enable us to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at collection time and then discarded before Data is logged in any data center or server. WooCommerce Order Attribution Tracking
WooCommerce Order Attribution Tracking is an analytics feature of WooCommerce that connects data from online orders to marketing activities, channels, or campaigns in order to measure their efficacy.

4.3. Handling payments
Unless otherwise specified, this Application processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. This Application isn’t involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.
When Users make a payment, their transaction is processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive limited information about their payment, such as confirmation of payment and transaction ID, but do not store their payment card details.

This type of service allows this Application to monitor the use and behavior of its components so its performance, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting can be improved.
Which Personal Data are processed depends on the characteristics and mode of implementation of these services, whose function is to filter the activities of this Application.
New Relic
New Relic is a monitoring service provided by New Relic Inc. The way New Relic is integrated means that it filters all traffic of this Application, i.e., communication between the Application and the User’s browser or device, while also allowing analytical data on this Application to be collected.

4.5. Platform services and hosting
These services have the purpose of hosting and running key components of this Application, therefore allowing the provision of this Application from within a unified platform. Such platforms provide a wide range of tools to us – e.g. analytics, user registration, commenting, database management, e-commerce, payment processing – that imply the collection and handling of Personal Data.
Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin used by this Application that allows us to build and run an e-commerce website.

This type of service allows this Application and its partners to inform, optimize and serve advertising based on past use of this Application by the User.

Google Ads Remarketing is a remarketing and behavioral targeting service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how we manage the Data processing, that connects the activity of this Application with the Google Ads advertising network and the DoubleClick Cookie.

4.8. Traffic optimization and distribution
This type of service allows this Application to distribute their content using servers located across different countries and to optimize their performance.
Which Personal Data are processed depends on the characteristics and the way these services are implemented. Their function is to filter communications between this Application and the User’s browser.
Considering the widespread distribution of this system, it is difficult to determine the locations to which the contents that may contain Personal Information of the User are transferred.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by Cloudflare Inc. The way Cloudflare is integrated means that it filters all the traffic through this Application, i.e., communication between this Application and the User’s browser, while also allowing analytical data from this Application to be collected.

5. OPTING OUT OF INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING
In addition to any opt-out feature provided by any of the services listed in this document, Users may learn more on how to generally opt out of interest-based advertising within the dedicated section of the Cookie Policy.
6. LOG DATA
We collect information that Users’ browser sends whenever they visit our site (“Log Data”).
This Log Data may include information such as the Users’ computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that the Users visit, the time and date of their visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. This information is not linked to the personal data of visitors.
Additionally, we may use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager that collect, monitor, and analyze Log Data.
7. USER ACCOUNTS & DASHBOARD
When creating an account, we collect personal information such as Users name, email address, and password. We store their password in a hashed and encrypted form.

8. FILE UPLOADS AND AI OUTPUTS
When using our products, Users may upload files to assist in content creation. These files are processed solely for creating their requested content and are not retained longer than necessary to deliver your order.
We strongly advise against including sensitive personal information in any files the Users upload. Users may request deletion of any uploaded files or generated content through their user dashboard or by contacting us.
9. DELETION OF DATA
Users may delete their activity history via their dashboard. If Users wish to delete all personal information and content associated with their account, including previously uploaded files and AI-generated outputs, they should contact [email protected]
10. COOKIES & WEB BEACONS
We use cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences. These cookies are stored in the visitor’s browser when they first access our site. Cookies can be used to customize the content displayed based on the visitor’s preferences and can also be read by third parties to display advertisements.
11. DOUBLECLICK DART COOKIES
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads.
The use of DART cookies by Google enables the delivery of ads to our visitors based on their visits to our site and other sites on the Internet.

14. COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from the Users’ email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/
After a Users’ comment is approved, the Users’ profile picture is visible to the public in the context of the Users’ comment.
If a User leaves a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained as long as necessary. This is done so that we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding the comment in a moderation queue.
