This Disclaimer applies to bigrit.com and the services that link to it. “BIGRIT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BIGRIT. Our contact details appear in our Privacy Policy.
“Website material” means articles, product descriptions, demonstrations, documentation, and other material published by BIGRIT. “Input” means messages, prompts, files, and other material submitted to a service. “Output” means responses or other material generated by an AI feature. Different rights and limitations can apply to each category.
Read this Disclaimer alongside the Terms of Service and any product-specific terms presented for the service you use. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. This Disclaimer does not replace the agreed description of a purchased service or protections required by applicable law.
General information and assistance
Website material and Output provide general information and assistance. Their suitability depends on the task, context, and information available. They should not be treated as a complete statement of every relevant fact, rule, risk, or option.
Information can become outdated. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, a response should not be assumed to include live data, the latest legal or technical changes, or every relevant source. A date, citation, link, or confident tone does not establish accuracy.
AI limitations and factual verification
AI systems generate results using patterns, supplied context, and the tools available to the particular feature. They can misunderstand a request, omit material information, introduce unsupported assumptions, and produce inconsistent results.
Output can include fabricated facts, nonexistent sources, incorrect quotations, misleading summaries, mathematical errors, unsuitable code, biased language, or inaccurate statements about people or organisations. Generated images and audio may depict events, objects, or people that are not real. Output is not evidence that an event occurred or that a person said or did something.
Before relying on or distributing Output, review it for your intended use. For important claims, consult reliable original sources, check that the source supports the claim, verify dates and jurisdiction, and correct errors. A successful format check, automated validation step, or second AI response is not a guarantee of factual correctness.
Professional, regulated, and consequential uses
BIGRIT’s general-purpose services do not establish a doctor–patient, lawyer–client, financial-adviser, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship. A conversational response does not become professional advice because it is personalised or uses specialist terminology.
Do not use general-purpose Output as the sole basis for medical treatment, legal action, financial commitments, safety-critical operations, or decisions materially affecting someone’s employment, education, credit, insurance, housing, or other important interests. Obtain appropriate professional advice and apply the review and safeguards required for your use.
Unless BIGRIT expressly identifies a particular service as approved for a regulated purpose under specific written terms, do not assume it is authorised, validated, certified, or suitable for that purpose. General references to security, AI governance, or technical capability are not regulatory approvals.
BIGRIT is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate danger or medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services directly.
Automated tools, integrations, and external actions
Some features may retrieve information or interact with external tools. Generating a proposed action, displaying a plan, or saying an action was completed does not by itself prove that an external system accepted or completed it.
For a feature capable of changing external information or initiating an action, review the permissions and any confirmation presented by that feature. Check important results in the relevant external system. Use access permissions appropriate to the task and avoid providing unnecessary credentials or access.
The general-purpose AI assistant is not authorised to vary your contract or grant additional permissions merely by generating a response. Any service feature expressly authorised to confirm a transaction operates under that feature’s stated terms. Required approvals must be obtained through the designated process. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on BIGRIT for statements or actions made through its services, or reduce its responsibilities for service design and operation.
Code, files, and technical material
Generated code, commands, configuration files, formulas, and technical instructions can contain errors, security weaknesses, incompatible dependencies, or unintended behaviour. Review and test them in an appropriate environment before using them with production systems, valuable data, or external accounts.
Check third-party licences and dependency requirements. Do not assume that generated software has undergone security testing, that a download is free of harmful content, or that a generated formula is suitable for a consequential calculation. Keep suitable backups when carrying out changes that could affect your systems or data.
Input, Output, and intellectual property
Submitting Input does not, merely by virtue of this Disclaimer, transfer ownership of that Input to BIGRIT. The service terms describe the permissions needed to process it. Submit material only when you have the rights, authorisation, or other lawful basis necessary for the intended processing.
This Disclaimer does not impose a blanket prohibition on editing, sharing, or publishing AI-generated Output. The permitted use of Output, including commercial use, is governed by the relevant service terms and applicable law. Permission to use Output is distinct from permission to reproduce BIGRIT’s website articles, branding, source code, or third-party material.
Output is not guaranteed to be unique, exclusive, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection. Other users may receive similar material. Names, logos, quotations, likenesses, music, software, and other third-party elements may carry separate rights or restrictions. BIGRIT cannot grant rights that it does not hold.
Before publication or commercial use, assess relevant copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, attribution, and licensing requirements. For material concerning real people, also consider accuracy, consent where required, and the potential effect on their rights or reputation. Nothing in this section removes responsibility imposed on BIGRIT by law or an applicable contract.
Honest presentation and responsible use
Do not use the services to impersonate another person deceptively, fabricate evidence, facilitate unlawful discrimination, commit fraud, or otherwise violate applicable law or the service terms. Follow the rules of your workplace, educational institution, publisher, platform, and profession when using AI-assisted work.
Disclose AI assistance or synthetic content when required by applicable law or the context. Do not represent Output as independently verified, professionally certified, or an authentic recording when it is not. Required disclosures or provenance information should not be removed to mislead others.
External sources, providers, and links
Website material and Output may refer to third-party websites, products, or services. Their availability, accuracy, and terms can change. A link or reference does not establish that BIGRIT has verified all the source’s claims, endorses its operator, or guarantees its continued availability.
When you choose to use an independent third-party service, its terms and privacy notice may govern that interaction. Where BIGRIT uses a provider to deliver its own service, the provider’s involvement does not automatically remove BIGRIT’s contractual or data-protection responsibilities.
Names and logos of technology providers, startup programmes, or other organisations identify the relevant products or relationships. Their appearance should not be understood as a guarantee, investment, certification, or endorsement beyond the relationship expressly and accurately described.
Examples, demonstrations, and commercial relationships
Examples, demonstrations, benchmarks, and testimonials illustrate particular circumstances. Results can vary with the model version, instructions, data, configuration, usage conditions, and external services. A result achieved in one example does not guarantee the same result for every user.
Where BIGRIT publishes sponsored material, receives an affiliate benefit, or has another material commercial relationship relevant to a recommendation, the applicable disclosure should appear with that content. A general disclaimer does not replace a clear disclosure at the point where a recommendation is made.
Availability and service changes
AI responses and external integrations can be affected by maintenance, capacity limits, network issues, provider changes, and faults. We do not promise that every response will be correct, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Any express service commitment remains governed by the applicable contract and mandatory law.
Information about pricing, credits, subscriptions, renewals, cancellation, and refunds is provided in the applicable purchase terms and checkout information. This Disclaimer does not remove statutory remedies or turn a service fault into an automatic loss of your purchase rights.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
The limitations described above explain the nature and limitations of the services. They are not a statement that BIGRIT is exempt from all responsibility for errors, security incidents, provider failures, or other loss.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including any applicable protections relating to fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, personal injury, consumer rights, or personal-data processing. Any additional contractual limitation must be assessed under the governing law and the applicable Terms of Service.
If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent lawfully permitted, and the remaining provisions continue to apply where the law allows. This wording does not make an otherwise unlawful exclusion valid.
Corrections and complaints
To report inaccurate website material, problematic Output, an alleged rights infringement, or a service issue, contact [email protected] or use our contact page.
Where available, include the page URL, request identifier, approximate date, a relevant extract, and the issue you want reviewed. Send only information reasonably needed to explain the issue; redact unrelated personal information and never send passwords or authentication codes. An affected person can report an issue even if they do not have a BIGRIT account.
We will assess reports and take action appropriate to the facts and applicable obligations. Making a report is not a prerequisite to exercising a statutory right to complain to an authority or seek a legal remedy.
Updates
We may revise this Disclaimer to reflect changes in the services or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Where a change requires separate notice or contractual agreement, we will use the process required by the applicable terms and law. An update does not retrospectively erase accrued rights or authorise earlier conduct.
